Feature
1. Jinghong top drive drilling system is driven by AC motor with VDF system; it integrates mechanical, electric, and hydraulic control technologies. The program of PLC can be altered according to the needs of the customer. PLC has a protection and interlock function.
2. The patent structure of reversed oil cup is used in the main shaft seal of the gear box, what guarantees that the lubrication will not leak in the process because the seal of the main shaft is out of order.
3. The patent folding structure is used in the guide beam, it locks with help of the hydraulic structure, thus, there is no need for manual operation in installing the lock pin. It is quick, convenient, and safe to install and dismantle.
4. The patented opposite clamping type backup tong does not rotate with the rotating link adapter. It is easy and convenient to make up and break out.
5. The patented structure of rack and pinion is used in IBOP of hydraulic control. Besides, the hydraulic pipe is embedded into the body of structure in order to avoid the damage of the hydraulic pipe for bump, what makes the operation of IBOP more reliable.
6. The patented technology of single cylinder balance is used in the counter balance system, it brings good balance effect and increases the service life of hydraulic cylinder.
7. The rotating link adaptor connects with the gear box through shaft sleeve. When making a break off with bumper jars, there is no force on the main shaft, which increases the service life of the main shaft bearing.
8. Top drive drilling system is set with the device for casing running operation , the structure is simple and convenient to use. This equipment can be used in casing drilling too.
9. The hydraulic system is integrated on the body of gear box, this design can reduce the length of hydraulic pipe and save the energy of hydraulic system; there is no need to install the hydraulic system and pipeline on-site.
10. Driller’s operating station is equipped with touch screen which displays the condition of system operation and can also monitor emergency point of equipment in time; this increases the reliability of equipment operation.
